Co-hosted by InterVarsity/USA, Inter-Varsity Canada, and Groupes Bibliques Universitaires et Collégiaux du Canada, Urbana remains focused on compelling young people to give their lives for God's global mission. Meeting in St. Louis between Christmas and New Year's Day once every three years, attendees learn that today's missionaries not only preach the gospel, but also fight injustices like human trafficking and provide material help to refugees and disaster victims.
