Scientists Unlock Secrets of Burned Hebrew Scroll: Verses From the Book of Leviticus

Scientists used non-invasive imaging and processing software to virtually unwrap a charred scroll fragment from an ancient Hebrew town burned in AD 600 to reveal Bible verses from Leviticus 1:1-9 and 2:1-11. The Ein-Gedi scroll is now the oldest known Pentateuchal scroll, apart from the Dead Sea Scrolls.
